About Me
I'm a retention marketing strategist who has spent the last 10 years of my career helping DTC brands drive growth through customer retention. Along the way, I’ve worked with more than 40 brands at every stage of growth, both agency-side and in-house. I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and a practical understanding of how to build campaigns within lean teams.

Account Review
After receiving account access, I'll pull together a report based on your response that we'll review during our first call, ensuring we hit the ground running.
First Meeting
This session is focused on what matters most to you right now: a review of your performance, what's working, and suggested next steps to reach your goal.
Ongoing Support
After your first session, you'll receive monthly strategy sessions in addition to async email support whenever a question comes up between sessions.

I typically work with brands that are on Shopify, using email and SMS platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript. Since this is a consulting relationship and not execution focused, I'm open to exploring other platforms as long as the relationship makes sense.
How quickly do you respond to async questions?
I will always respond as quickly as possible. You can expect a response within 1-2 business days.
What does async email support cover?
I can answer any questions related to your email or SMS marketing strategy, including campaign planning, flow structure, segmentation, testing, or a second opinion on something you're sending. I don't write copy or build campaigns but I will give you clear direction and feedback.
